Chris and I managed to get out sans kids for a little while this weekend. It never ceases to amaze me, though, just how far behind I can get by having one day off. I mean, here it is Tuesday afternoon and I am just now finishing my Monday to do list.
Nonetheless, the time away was well deserved and much needed.
The St. Louis Rams took on the Philadelphia Eagles in the Opening Day game. I love football season. And I love opening day festivities.
We scored some sweet tickets (pun intended).
Hung out in the VIP tent pre-game.
And watched as our hometown Rams got pummeled 31-13.
But, it was all okay.
Because secretly we were cheering for the Eagles.
They just happen to be our all time favorite football team.
All in all, we had a blast!

I LOVE football too!
Adorable picture! Glad you guys out without the kids. That's SO hard to do sometimes! :)
Ok, I am trusting your blog with my confession - My blogger is filled with Football posts. I. Don't. Understand. Maybe it's because I'm Canadian. I have never cared as much for a sport (or many things, really) than I see many of my blogging friends do about football!
But I will read them all and enjoy your excitement because, well, you all look very happy about football!
sounds like so much fun!
Awww so glad you got out of the house without the kids and had a great time!
I haven't been to a football game is forever! That's wonderful you got to get away together!
