One of my goals for this fall is to get physically fit. Even though I managed to stay pretty slim throughout my pregnancy, I still have a few more pounds to go before I get to my ideal weight.
In the beginning, the pounds came off quickly and easily. It honestly took less than a month to be back at my lowest pre-pregnancy weight.
Yet, at three months in, I think I've reach a plateau. I'm not gaining. But I'm not losing.
The last couple weeks had me a little down in the dumps. The scale was not reflecting my efforts...both in the gym and the kitchen.
I decided to give up.
Not on the getting fit.
But on the scale.
I am three weeks away from completing the Couch to 5K program. Today, I logged a little under two and a half miles in 20 minutes....while pushing a stroller.
My goals have changed.
Those last few pesky pounds will come off. Of this I am certain. But my focus now is to turn that extra flab into long, lean muscle.
Wish me luck!

Good luck! It seems like you're doing what's important--getting in shape. I'm not there right not. And it usually takes me a full year to get back to my almost pre-pregnancy self.
Good luck.
Good luck gal! Keep up the good work and you are right...the pounds will come off!
Good Luck! I have been finding it so hard to keep to a fitness schedule. I keep telling myself "you got to get up and out and move that body!"
Then I realize it is 3:30 pm and I literally have not sat down, or stopped moving ALL day! LOL My kids, the laundry, the cleaning, the cooking....I guess that is a pretty consistent exercise plan.
